Payments
To confirm tour packages, safari bookings, or related travel services, advance payment is required. The remaining balance, if any, must be paid before the commencement of services.
The amount of advance payment and accepted payment modes are decided solely by CorbettSafariTour and may vary depending on the type of service, season, and availability.
During peak tourism periods (such as Christmas, New Year, long weekends, and festival seasons), full payment in advance is mandatory to secure hotel, resort, and safari bookings.
In case the selected hotel or resort becomes unavailable due to operational reasons, an alternative accommodation of similar category will be arranged.
Mode of Payment
We offer convenient payment options, including:
Online bank transfer / net banking
Debit card / credit card (Visa / MasterCard)
International payments via approved gateways
For foreign nationals, payment may also be accepted via international cards or other approved modes.
Any applicable bank or gateway charges will be borne by the customer and added to the total payable amount.
Cancellation, No-Show & Early Departure Policy
If you wish to cancel or modify your booking, you must inform us in writing via email or WhatsApp. Cancellation charges are calculated from the date we receive written intimation.
The following cancellation policy applies:
30 days or more before arrival: 10% of total tour cost
15 to 29 days before arrival: 30% of total tour cost
7 to 14 days before arrival: 40% of total tour cost
2 to 6 days before arrival: 50% of total tour cost
Less than 48 hours / No Show: No refund
⚠️ Jeep Safari and Canter Safari permits are strictly non-refundable once issued, as per Forest Department rules.
Safari & Wildlife Disclaimer
All safari permits are issued by the Forest Department and are subject to government regulations, availability, and daily quotas. Wildlife sightings, including tiger sightings, are not guaranteed, as animals move freely in their natural habitat
Our Liabilities & Limitations
After booking confirmation, if there is any increase in government fees such as safari permits, guide charges, taxes, fuel prices, or entry fees, the additional amount will be payable by the customer.
CorbettSafariTour acts only as a booking facilitator and is not responsible for delays, cancellations, injuries, loss, or damages caused by natural calamities, weather conditions, forest closures, strikes, or government restrictions.

Jurisdiction
All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Uttarakhand, India.
